Background & My Role

As the lead designer at The Korea Times Los Angeles, I was responsible for designing the website and mobile app for the Hankook TV service. This platform provided Korean TV shows to Korean audiences living in the U.S. via TV set-top boxes, PCs, and mobile devices.
Currently, the service has been discontinued due to company circumstances. The platform now only offers YouTube content and some original video productions. Since the majority of our users were older adults, I prioritized simplicity and clarity in the design to ensure an intuitive and accessible user experience.
